Season Maniac (SM) is a partner system which allow all members to collaborate, learn, and exchange each strength & capability in order to create a better society.

Season Maniac concentrates on international collaboration projects related to social infrastructure-based & Infrastructure-based development.

Its focus was inspired by the global change, and human movement.

The first pilot project called "Doubled-Twin Cities Project" was launched in Sapporo on 16 September, 2015 at CAI02 (Contemporary Art Institute, Sapporo).
